Experience the incredible transformation of our guided breathwork and meditation journey to upgrade your life on all levels - energetically, spiritually, emotionally and physically.

For centuries, ancient cultures utilised special breathing techniques to gain access to higher aspects of their physical, mental and spiritual bodies to clear emotional blockages of the past and raise their vibrational fields.

This beautiful guided journey will draw on the formal teachings we have received in breathwork and include a powerful individual energetic healing an alignment. This is a deep journey within, and we will be alongside you to hold space and support you the entire way. We have carefully selected the most incredible heart opening music to draw out what needs to come up. Like in life there are no two journeys the same. Whether its healing, emotional clearing, new insights, and higher guidance - the breath and heart opening music will guide you to what you need.

We will do some manifesting and releasing work and each person will receive an individual healing and energetic alignment.

WHO ARE THESE WORKSHOPS FOR?   These workshops are for those interested in living a next-level life, accessing their peak performance in mind and body, bio-hacking, personal growth, emotional healing, trauma release and living a more conscious, open-hearted and joyful life.  This is a personal growth experience for individuals to uplevel through deeper inner work with the breath.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and ensure that you have been hydrated throughout the day.
